About The Brand

Label Kay is a personal women's clothing brand offering a wide range of curated collections for the up-to-date woman. Beyond our online store, we operate a boutique specialising in customisation and personalised styling where every piece is crafted with intent.

The Role

We're looking for a creative and result driven Social Media Manager to shape and grow Label Kay's online presence. You'll be the voice of the brand across platforms. Crafting content, engaging with our community, and helping brand with strong social presence.

What you'll do

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest aligned with the brand's identity.

Analyse social media trends and proactively incorporate them into content strategy.

Set up and manage messaging automation to ensure timely responses and seamless audience communication.

Engage actively with the community respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster brand loyalty.

Grow Label Kay's social presence organically through strategic posting, collaborations, and audience interaction.

Develop Content Calendars and coordinate product showcases,



launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Analyse performance metrics and share actionable insights to continuously refine the brand's content approach.

What we're looking for ?

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, business, or personal brand.

Proven experience with messaging automation tools (e.g. ManyChat, Meta Business Suite, or similar).

Understanding of Social Media Algorithm for better content reach and engagement.

Strong Content creation skills, photography, reels, stories, captions, and graphic layouts.

Understanding of design and basic video editing tools required for content creation.

A sharp eye for aesthetics and an understanding of what works for fashion and lifestyle brands.

Updated knowledge of trends across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest

Good communication skills and consistent, understands the brands tone of voice.

Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
