Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial and business objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a portfolio of key client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their current and future needs, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products and services.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and present recent solutions.




- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and marketing, to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions to clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for client retention and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
