Providing advice on technical aspects of system development and integration (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications)
Manage discussions with various levels of customer's IT technical audiences
Build relationships with business partners, internal and external
Mentor other members within the department, while identifying knowledge and operational improvement opportunities within the team
Work closely with the Account Executive to align the technical requirements and the solution design with the customers’ business drivers and demonstrate unique value
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customers’ requirements and tuned to suit the level and nature of the audience
Develop proofs of concept (PoCs)
with a transparent plan to take a prospect successfully through the evaluation process and turn them into a happy customer
Providing standards and guidelines for the design and development of integrated solutions and work/guide team on any critical issue or performance related issues
Translate logical designs into physical/ technical product designs to be used for the product development and provide frameworks to guide and govern the design and development of integrated solutions
Design structures and tools that allow meeting business requirements while considering target environment, existing systems, performance and security requirements
Any related Certifications for Solution Architect and CX/Sales will be an advantage
