Role description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Planning Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle EPM Planning solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performing planning applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture and design of Oracle EPM Planning / PBCS / EPBCS solutions
- Define application frameworks including dimensions, hierarchies, and data models
- Design and implement business rules, Groovy scripts, and calculations
- Drive end-to-end implementation, including requirement gathering, design, build, test, and deployment
- Architect and oversee data integrations using Data Management, Data Exchange, and EPM Automate
- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and best practices across applications
- Define and implement security models (users, roles, access controls)
- Collaborate with finance and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Lead migration activities (Dev/Test/Prod) and manage release cycles
- Provide guidance on Smart View, reporting, and dashboards
- Mentor junior team members and review deliverables

Preferred Skills

- Experience with other EPM modules (FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS)
- Knowledge of REST APIs and automation
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Experience in managed services / support models
