About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career-oriented training programmes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills with the ability to convert enquiries into admissions while ensuring a positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and programme benefits.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and walk-in candidates.
- Convert leads into admissions by understanding student requirements and recommending suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy conversion ratio.
- Explain course curriculum, fee structure, scholarship options, and payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and finance teams for seamless onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct counselling sessions during seminars,



webinars, education fairs, and campus drives.
- Resolve student queries and ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and admissions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, EdTech, or Education Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for counselling may also apply.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Valuable presentation and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
