- Job Description: Bachelor’s/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, actuarial sciences
- Affiliation to IAI or IFOA, with at least 6 CT actuarial exams
- 7+ years’ experience, with good understanding of P&C; reserving actuarial concepts
- Solid analytical skills with previous experience of applying actuarial/statistical methodologies to business problems
- Strong ability to identify and solve potential problems in their specialty and develop creative solutions
- Understanding of the product lines

- Responsibilities: Complete understanding of the current situation and problem statement
- Develop comprehensive understanding of the client operations, processes and business objectives and use this knowledge on assignments
- Interacting with clients on regular basis,



understanding their requirements and transforming that into business framework and providing actuarial solutions
- Respond to client queries and concerns, resolving issues promptly
- Support on any actuarial developments required from client side
- Experience in data extraction and data manipulation in Excel, R/Python/SAS, SQL and MS-Access

- Qualifications: Doing independent research, analyze, and present data as assigned
- Expected to work in close collaboration with the EXL team and clients on general insurance actuarial projects for UK markets
- Critically examine and deep dive into model and identify possible areas of testing
