Job Summary –

We are looking for an ERP Executive who will act as a bridge between the ERP vendor and internal departments.

The candidate will be responsible for learning the ERP system in depth, ensuring smooth implementation and usage across departments, and supporting users in day-to-day operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities –

ERP Learning & Implementation:

Understand ERP system thoroughly and ensure proper workflow implementation.

User Training & Support:

Train internal teams and provide ongoing support.

Vendor Coordination:

Act as SPOC for ERP vendor and manage issue resolution.

Process Documentation:

Prepare SOPs and maintain ERP documentation.

Cross-Department Coordination:

Work with QA, QC, Production, Stores, etc.

Issue Resolution: Identify gaps and ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy,



Science, IT, or related field, BCA .

Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Knowledge of ERP systems preferred.

Preferred Experience

0–2 years of ERP or pharma operations experience.

Exposure to QA/QC/Production processes.
