Job Title: Tally Expert / Tally Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Tally Expert to provide technical support and solutions to clients using Tally software. The candidate will be responsible for resolving client queries through remote support, telephone, email, and client visits. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally ERP or TallyPrime, accounting concepts, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional support for TallyPrime and Tally ERP

Resolve customer queries through remote desktop support, phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems

Visit client locations for software installation, implementation, training, and troubleshooting

Assist clients with accounting, inventory, taxation, GST, TDS, payroll, and reporting-related issues in Tally

Configure and customize Tally as per client requirements

Conduct user training and demonstrations for new and existing clients

Coordinate with the technical team for advanced issue resolution

Maintain records of customer interactions and support activities





Ensure timely closure of support tickets and high customer satisfaction

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of TallyPrime and Tally ERP

Good understanding of Accounting, GST, TDS, Inventory, and Payroll

Experience in remote desktop support and client handling

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Ability to travel for client visits when required

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce BCom or related field preferred

Tally Certification will be an added advantage

Experience

1 to 3 Years of experience in Tally Support, Tally Implementation, or Accounting Software Support

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
