Key Responsibilities

1. Implementation & Configuration

- Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation cycles across various modules: Accounting, Inventory, CRM, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, and HRMS.
- Configure the company structure, including Chart of Accounts (COA), cost centers, warehouses, and multi-currency settings.
- Design and implement custom workflows, DocTypes, and Print Formats within the Frappe Framework.

2. Business Analysis & Documentation

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to document Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Perform Gap Analysis to identify differences between standard ERPNext features and specific business needs.
- Map "As-Is" processes and design "To-Be" workflows to optimize operational efficiency.

3. Data Management & Integration

- Manage data migration activities, including data cleaning, validation, and importing master data via Data Import tools.
- Collaborate with developers to facilitate third-party integrations (e.g., Payment Gateways, Shopify, WhatsApp, or Biometric systems).

4. Testing & Support

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



and prepare detailed test cases and sign-off reports.
- Deliver comprehensive end-user training and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) or manuals.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional/technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Computer Applications, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in ERP implementation, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in ERPNext.
- Technical Knowledge: * Strong understanding of the Frappe Framework.
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and Jinja templates (for customization).
- Knowledge of GST and Indian Accounting Standards is highly preferred.
- Competencies: * Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
