Job Description :

Installation / manage of Operating Systems Win XP, Win 7, win 8, win 10

Configuration of email clients – Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes 9.0, Mozila Thunderbird.

Outlook configuration and PST management. (backup/restore)

Installation / configuration of Microsoft Office products -Word, Excel, Access, PPT

Should have knowledge on Internet Explorer, printers, scanners

Manage Print Server

Printer connectivity using USB & Network

Troubleshooting & maintenance of Desktop PCs. & Laptops.

Types of disks

Installation of application software.

Antivirus Management – McAfee, Symantec, Trend Micro etc.

Patch Management

Windows Server Setup and Maintenance

Installation of device drivers & hardware components





Concept of Network Technology and Knowledge of TCP / IP

Knowledge on connectivity of end to end devices

Concept of IP Flow

Should have basic knowledge on Active directory, DNS, DHCP

User Profile configuration and management

Internet and Intranet issue management

Basic network troubleshooting including LAN, Wireless and WAN

Spares management and inventory update

Handle logging of queries for both customers and employees

Types of backup

Backup of end point systems

Installation of Third party applications

Third party Backup applications like Backup Exec, Veeam etc.

Knowledge of WSUS Server will be an advantage
