We are looking for an EDI Apprentice to support day-to-day EDI operations. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning EDI processes, SAP integrations, and business-to-business communication technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with EDI transaction monitoring and basic issue tracking.
- Help maintain EDI documentation and process records.
- Work with SAP and EDI teams to resolve routine issues.
- Participate in testing and validation of EDI transactions.
- Learn EDI standards and business processes.
- Coordinate with Business users on EDI issues
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of ERP’s, databases, and business applications.
- Positive analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn EDI, SAP, and supply chain processes.
