We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Manager to support our procurement team in sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials, products, and services. The ideal candidate will help ensure timely purchases, accurate records, and smooth coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and invoices
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
- Support vendor onboarding and maintain supplier databases
- Compare quotations and assist in cost analysis
- Coordinate with finance, warehouse, and operations teams
- Resolve order discrepancies and follow up on backorders or delays
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
