AI-First Tech Manager

Bharat Agrolink is looking for an AI-First Tech Manager who believes technology should solve problems faster—not create more processes.

If you are someone who uses AI as your primary development partner, builds products at high speed, automates repetitive work, and believes every technical challenge has a solution, we'd like to hear from you.

We are not looking for a traditional or orthodox developer. We need someone who can leverage AI to build production-ready software in a fraction of the time while maintaining high quality, scalability, and security.

What You'll Do

- Build scalable Web Applications, Mobile Applications, Admin Panels, APIs, and AI-powered solutions.
- Lead end-to-end product development using AI-assisted SDLC.
- Build AI Agents and business automations using n8n.
- Develop secure, production-ready software with modern architecture.
- Work on Core PHP, CodeIgniter 3, React, Next.js, Flutter/React Native, Python, Node.js, Docker, Cloud Infrastructure, and AI technologies.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, WhatsApp APIs, CRMs, and AI platforms.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
- Continuously explore new AI tools and engineering practices to accelerate development.

Required Skills

- Robust coding fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Bolt.new, Lovable, or similar.
- n8n experience is mandatory.
- Experience with secure application development and API security.




- Strong understanding of databases, cloud infrastructure, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to take complete ownership of projects.

Experience

- 3–6 years preferred.
- Exceptional freshers with outstanding AI projects, GitHub contributions, or a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation

- Gross Monthly CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000
- Performance-based incentives.
