Position - R&D; / Product Development Executive

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented professional to join our Product Development team. If you enjoy learning, solving problems, working with recent materials, and developing products from concept to production, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new vendors for fabrics, trims, buckles, webbing, and accessories.
- Prepare product technical specifications, BOMs, and development sheets.
- Coordinate with sample masters and production teams to develop prototypes and samples.
- Suggest product construction improvements for better quality, functionality, and manufacturability.
- Follow up on sample development timelines and approvals.
- Work closely with sourcing, merchandising, quality, and production teams.
- Research new materials, components, and manufacturing techniques.
- Support product testing, evaluation, and continuous product improvement.

Required Skills





✔ Good understanding of garment construction and product development
✔ Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and accessories
✔ Ability to prepare technical specifications and development documents
✔ Strong coordination and communication skills
✔ Good analytical and problem-solving ability
✔ Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
✔ Willingness to learn and explore new products and materials

Experience

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in:
- Export garment company, or
- Buying house / Sourcing office

Qualification

- Preferably UG / PG in:
- Apparel
- Fashion
- Textile-related courses
- Candidates with any other UG / PG qualification and relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
