About the Role : MicroDegree Education Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven SEO Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies, optimizing website performance, and improving search engine rankings. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical SEO knowledge, and the ability to work closely with content and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.

· Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.

· Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and other digital assets for search engines.

· Implement and manage On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO best practices.

· Conduct regular website SEO audits and resolve technical SEO issues.

· Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

· Improve website crawlability, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.

· Collaborate with the content, marketing,



and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

· Create SEO-friendly content briefs and optimize existing content for better search visibility.

· Generate regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

· Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

· Strong expertise in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.

· Excellent knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and link-building strategies.

· Strong content writing and SEO copywriting skills.

· Hands-on experience with:

- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

- Google Search Console

- SEMrush

- Ahrefs

- Screaming Frog

· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to manage multiple SEO projects and meet deadlines.

· Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage.

· Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

· Knowledge of AI-powered SEO tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
