Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, clearly communicate product or service information, and build strong customer relationships. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls / handle inbound calls to customers
- Explain company products or services clearly and confidently
- Follow up with potential customers and generate leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Handle customer queries and provide basic support
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude on calls

Requirements & Skills:

- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support




- Freshers with robust communication skills can apply
- Good verbal communication in [English / Hindi / Regional Language – specify]
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
- Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
- Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
