JOB OVERVIEW: The primary objective of the role is to drive the implementation of process improvement initiatives across PPS sites globally to enhance operational efficiency and to create a continuous improvement culture KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL Site Leadership Team, Global OE Head, Corporate Functions KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL Vendors, Consulting Firms REPORTING STRUCTURE: Role directly reports to Operational Excellence Head- India QUALIFICATION: B Tech in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or M.Pharm, Lean Six Sigma BB certified EXPERIENCE: 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in the area of Operational Excellence at any manufacturing location/Corporate/Consulting firm . Hands on experience in leading & implementing Excellence Model & Daily Management Practices through teams/ circles in Corp. Functions/ Mfg. areas, to bring culture transformation & excellence within organization. Should have driven projects/initiatives based on approaches i.e. Lean, ToC,
Six Sigma etc SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES •Strong communication skills •Ability to build a solid working relationship with all stakeholders •Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability. •Ability to organize the work, plan well and prioritize based on impact •Action-oriented and results-driven. •Analytical with strong command over MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Data Analytics and Minitab Exposure to Industry 4.0 concepts •Should be able to deploy the practices across the assigned sites/functions as per the corporate OE plan •Ensure delivery of business process improvement initiatives through the implementation of predetermined/agreed synergies. • •An expert in the use of Lean, ToC and Six Sigma tools & methodology.
