1) Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process with a particular focus on campus recruitment, recruitment process governance, employer branding, and recruitment analytics. This role also includes 20% talent management responsibilities, ensuring the development and retention of high-potential employees. The specialist will leverage their extensive experience to enhance recruitment
strategies, optimize processes, build a robust employer brand, and implement effective talent management initiatives
