Description
We are hiring a senior Regional Business Development Manager – West to drive specification‑led business growth by building strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, and key project stakeholders across the Western region.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional business growth through Architect & Interior Designer (AID) engagement
- Establish product specifications with leading architects, interior designers, and consultants
- Identify and develop project opportunities across commercial, residential, and institutional segments
- Manage key accounts, developers, and strategic partners
- Drive specification conversion in coordination with sales and channel teams
- Lead negotiations and close high‑value project deals
- Track project pipeline, approvals, and conversion metrics
- Analyze market trends, competition, and design ecosystem insights
- Lead and mentor regional BD / sales teams

Candidate Requirements
- MBA / PGDM – Sales / Marketing / Business preferred




- 10–15 years experience in Business Development / Project Sales / Specification Sales
- Strong working network with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders
- Exposure to West region markets (Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat)
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and leadership skills
