What We're Looking For:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Designs, develops, and tests a variety of implementation assignments that constitute a portion of
a larger project.
• Develops and tests documentation which describe the specific solution and implementation
requirements




• Reviews test results and perform root cause analyses to identify problems
• Issue validation during software release updates
• Partner with primary Implementation consultants to provide support during implementation
• Issue acknowledgement and analysis to provide solutions.
• Communicate with IS team, PMs, L2 Team, Engineering team and CLM team on
implementation projects
• Able to handle multiple projects independently.
• Should have ability of multitasking.
• Contributing to client facing billable work during implementations through Meetings / Jira / Emails / Salesforce
• Sanity Testing and Functional Testing of application
• Makes changes to or upgrades existing solution designs. Enhances and improves existing
technologies to apply to new solutions
• Builds productive working relationships internally and externally
• Configuration and Validation support during configuration/validation phases of proj
