We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Marketing Manager to drive integrated marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to business growth through strategic marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
- Continuously identify and evaluate current ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing opportunities to maximize brand visibility while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with advertising and creative agencies for campaign planning, briefing,
development, and timely execution.
- Ensure all marketing creatives, communication materials, and promotional activities are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage execution of retail marketing activities across all customer touchpoints.
Marketing Analytics, Insights & Coordination
- Measure campaign effectiveness and analyze marketing performance to identify successful initiatives and areas for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive archives and documentation of all marketing campaigns and executed activities.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM team to develop customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Monitor and review customer footfall (walk-ins), analyze customer demographics and behavior patterns, and present monthly performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving store traffic and customer conversion.
