Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to insurance brokers in preparing quotes, proposals, and renewal documents.
- Conduct basic research on insurance products, pricing options, and market trends to support client servicing.
- Communicate with clients to collect necessary information, clarify requirements, and respond to routine inquiries.
- Assist in processing insurance applications, endorsements, and policy documentation accurately and within deadlines.
- Handle administrative and operational tasks including data entry, filing, record maintenance, and report generation.
