This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who can drive performance marketing, lead generation, digital branding, media planning, mall marketing, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

The role owns the complete media and marketing function, including digital campaigns, branding, social media, on-ground activations, and marketing ROI, with direct responsibility for generating qualified leads and increasing mall footfall.

About the Role

As the Media & Marketing Head,



you will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing strategies for commercial real estate projects and retail destinations.

Working closely with senior leadership and the sales team, you will manage marketing budgets, agency partners, media planning, digital campaigns, performance marketing, and customer engagement while ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute high-performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and property portals.
- Drive qualified lead generation and reduce Cost per Lead (CPL).
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and analytics.
- Manage media budgets and maximize marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Brand Strategy & Digital Marketing
- Develop integrated brand communication strategies.
- Strengthen brand visibility across digital and offline chann
