Key Requirements-
A candidate should have the basic knowledge of General Insurance.
A candidate should have the basic knowledge of payable function.
Responsible to maintain proper inward of the invoices to be completed for payment.
Responsible to process the invoices with zero errors and within TAT.
Responsible to handle independently the process of GST, TDS & Bank payment, approval mechanism along with understanding of accounting entries passed in system.
Coordinate between the various teams involved and ensuring alignment between multiple stakeholders with respect to invoices received and their payment, discrepancy etc marked on timely.
• Prepare monthly MIS, (NEFT, o/s details, ITC related MIS etc.
