Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

Essential skills:
New Technology Projects (NTP), New Product Development, Productivity (VAVE), Q&R;
- Develop products by studying customer requirements and criteria
- Proficient in Electrical Component Specifications, Selection, Analysis,



Testing (Functional & Reliability) of followings:
- Electrical Components: Contactor, Relay, Primary and Secondary Protection devices, Transformer
- LV Motors (AC Induction, Brush DC, BLDC, Stepper, Servo, Permanent Magnet)
- LV Motor Controllers (Drives, VFD, Inverter)
- Design and development of control panels
- Hands-on experience on UL and IEC STDs for Electrical system development & qualification
- Responsible for developing Product Level Electrical design, Wiring & Harness Design
- Work along with Multi-Disciplinary (Structural, Electronics, Software and Reliability) Team to develop System or Component Level Functional, Reliability & Qualification Requirements and Design
- To Foster an Environment conducive for Innovation & Change with good Analytical Thinking and must make design trade-offs to ensure high reliability and best performance & low cost
- Work closely with Supply Management to Sou
