Job Description:

Qualification: BSc./ M.Sc. in Organic / Inorganic / Analytical Chemistry with first class from a reputed institute.
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of industrial experience in a foundry sand laboratory or company handling the inorganic chemicals or large chemical manufacturing company of repute.
Work location: Khopoli in Mumbai
Must be ready to work in a shift.

Responsible for raw material analysis as per specifications.
• Analysis of online production samples to evaluate the quality at every stage of production.
• Analyse finished goods as per the inspection plan.
• Ensuring identification and traceability of product control samples.
• Ability to provide input/root cause on internal as well as external non-conformity in the product.




• Ensuring safe work practices and positive housekeeping in the laboratory.
• Able to take independent decisions on internal deviations in RM, process variations, and finish goods.
• Must be able to drive the given task independently.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Must have the ability to adopt new techniques, soft skills, and quality tools in the laboratory. Knowledge of the SOP will be preferred.
• Strong coordination skills for smooth work.
• Must adhere to all safety norms laid down by the EHS dept for 100% compliance.
• Shall be energetic & self-starter.
