SCOPE OF ROLE The Senior IT ERP Product Lead will oversee and support Oracle Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Application (MSCA) and associated shipping systems across Regal Rexnord’s global operations. This role is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills. This role serves as a strategic and technical liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead daily operations and support for Oracle WMS, MSCA and related shipping systems. • Engage with global business users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver effective solutions. • Work with cross-functional IT teams to maintain Oracle applications for optimal performance and availability. • Apply technical expertise in SQL and PL/SQL to troubleshoot, optimize,
and enhance system functionality. • Facilitate clear communication between business and IT teams to ensure mutual understanding of system capabilities and business requirements. • Lead CRP, SIT and UAT sessions during implementation and roll-out projects and effectively report out to leadership team. • Analyse data and provide data related insights to the business and IT stakeholders to drive data driven decisions. • Lead or support Oracle WMS, MSCA, Shipping application upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS • Over 10 years of experience in IT Oracle ERP Implementation or related roles including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis based on business requirements, process flow mapping etc. • At least 5+ Years of experience in leading CRP, UAT, SIT sessions • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field • Solid expertise in Oracle WMS, MSCA, S
