Job Description:

We are looking for a senior production manager mainly for (vendor management), which ensure a smooth operation throughout each event. Required to work closely with the members of the team to produce a successful event collectively. To handle multiple projects from entry-level to mega-huge events. Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to your team. Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events. Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Budget management expertise: estimations, cost control, vendor negotiations, labour management
- Experience managing large union crews an asset
- The ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and communication skills




- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain positive under stressful conditions
- Apply for licenses, permits required from the relevant authorities
- Coordinate and manage the set-up and production of the event in office, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event
- Plan and propose workflows for every event. Supervise and manage all suppliers and contractors working on location

Must-Have:
- Strong technical knowledge of entertainment equipment and systems
- ADVANCED computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A passion for events and communication with an accurate eye for details
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to negotiate in the interest of the company
