Job Description:
- He works according to ISO Procedures and work Instruction.
- He also helps in maintaining ISO 9000/14000 and OHSAS documentation.
- He is responsible for achieving objectives and targets of QMS/EMS and OHSAS by implementing current projects.
- Maintenance and calibration of the entire instrument and maintain its records.
- If any break down in the instruments, then solve it and made it in working condition in the plant and maintain its working condition.
- Maintain the Yokogawa DCS and Emerson DCS system in working in working condition in the plant and maintain its working environments.
- Ensure the PPE usage in all the area.
- Ensure no resources depletion and safe practice at all the aspects of activities.
- Ensure supporting utilities for the plant by maintaining the air compressor and boiler.
- Filling and maintaining the records keeps its working area neat and clean.
- If any fault in the system, inspect it and give the time require for the completion of job.
- If any non-availability of the supporting tools or spare material.
- If any external calibration requires then contact calibration institute and follow it.
- If any training programmed arrange by the company attended the same.
- Ensure the unwanted things or scrap to dispose on designated area.
- Candidate should have sound knowledge of various field instrument installation and its fault finding is preferable.
- Candidate should have sound knowledge of fault findings; fine tuning of automatic packing m/c and robotic tool candidates are preferable.
- Candidate should have sound knowledge of installation, setting parameters, least count, accuracy & sigma of weigh bridges, tank weighing system & platform scale are preferable.
- Candidate should be able to take decision & good at MS-Excel, word & PowerPoint.
