We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and hands-on experience with LogicalDOC to join our remote development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of enterprise application architecture, document management systems, and modern backend development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Java applications.

Build and maintain scalable applications using Spring Boot and related technologies.

Integrate and customize LogicalDOC document management system as per business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.

Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization.

Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Java and document management systems.

Required Skills:

Strong programming experience in Java (8 or above).

Expertise in Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.

Proven experience working with LogicalDOC (installation, configuration, customization, API integration).

Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and JPA/Hibernate.

Familiarity with Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD tools.

Good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Valuable to Have:

Experience with Docker or other containerization tools.
