We have an opening for the MEP Design Engineer for a reputed company in the Real Estate Developer Industry for Pune Location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for current buildings.
- Reviewing and analyzing the specifications and designs of a building’s MEP systems
- Collaborating with architects and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into the overall building design
- Ensuring the designed systems meet all safety and performance requirements
- Using CAD or other design software to create detailed MEP system plans and diagrams
- Performing system calculations and preparing specifications, reports, and other documentation
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise with the MEP systems during design of the building.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in MEP engineering to continuously improve system efficiency and sustainability
- Knowledge of NBC requirements for building services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report
- Environmental Management Plan (EMP)
- Air and Water Consent to Operate (CTO)
- Hazardous Waste Management Plan
- Noise Pollution Control Plan
- Worked on Project/Design 20,000 sq m
