Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of Head Performance Marketing for a reputed Company for their Navi Mumbai(Belapur) Office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Heading digital marketing team for a region and managing BTL marketing activities including PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook.
- Ownership of marketing performance of campaigns in terms of timely delivery, quantity and quality of leads generated at a given cost through mediums such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, SMS and emails.
- Handling Go to Market strategy for all campaigns of the assigned region
- Continuous collaboration with the Sales team to identify opportunities and achieve target ROI
- Monitoring Daily, weekly & monthly reports for performance analysis
- Exploring current mediums and introducing new ideas as well as their execution to improve overall performance of the marketing team

Candidates profile:
- Hands on experience in creation and management of PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook
- Ability to work in a dedicated and collaborative manner
- Must have excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-organized and takes ownership of tasks in a fast-paced live environment
