Hi,

We have an opening for Java Tech lead with one of the Product based Company, which is into Fintech.

Experience – 6-10 years

Location - Pune

Responsibilities:

● Advocate for best practice development methodologies across the entire team and help iterate on software development processes and standards

● Contribute to the development of test automation

● Demonstrate flexibility and leadership in a fast-paced startup environment while remaining focused on the responsibility of creating sustainable and scalable platform code base. ● Solution designing, coding, and debugging (RCA) of production issues ● Building scalable architecture using micro-service architect ● Site & API Performance optimization ● Implementing data and application security ● Provide technical leadership to the team ● Ability to analyze and resolve technical queries

Job Requirements:

● Expertise with Java tech stack.



Knowledge of other programming languages like Python is a plus

● NoSQL Databases like MongoDB, Casandra

● Caching & Searching tools like ElasticSearch, Aerospike or Rediss

● DevOps – AWS, Ansible, Jenkins, CI-CD, NGINX ● Frontend technologies – AngularJS, ReactJS ● Architecture – Microservices, Infrastructure architecture, Solution Designing, Site Performance, ● App Performance, Data Security, Application Security, Server performance tuning ● Frameworks – Play Framework, Spring Boot, Spring 5, Reactive programming ● Programming – Asynchronous, Reactive, Event driven, Multi-threading ● Sprint planning and estimation ● Valuable communication and leadership skill.
