Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Event Host and Coordinator for a reputed Company at the Navi Mumbai(Kharghar) location.

We are looking for a agile and energetic Event Host and Coordinator to manage events (Birthday Parties/ Social Gatherings) from start to end. This role involves planning, hosting, and ensuring a seamless experience, along with nurturing customer relationship and driving sales by increasing followers and reviews.

Responsibilities:
• Event Coordination: Organize events/ parties, including decorations, activities, and catering etc.
• Anchoring & Entertainment: Host games and activities, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for kids and families.
• Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell birthday packages and upsell additional services.




• Social Media Management: Create engaging content for social media.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service, addressing client requests and concerns.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in event coordination or customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, engaging, and comfortable entertaining children and adults.
• Familiarity with social media and content creation.
• Sales-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
