Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Privacy & AI Specialist to support our organization in managing data privacy compliance and implementing AI solutions responsibly. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years of experience in data privacy, data governance, and AI-related projects, with a strong understanding of privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation, and monitoring of data privacy policies and procedures.
- Support Data privacy impact assessments (DPIAs) and risk assessments related to AI and data processing activities.
- Monitor compliance with GDPR, DPDPA, and other relevant data privacy regulations in other jurisdictions such as UK, Morocco, etc.
- Review and provide guidance on data collection, processing, storage, and sharing practices.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure responsible AI development and deployment aligned with privacy standards.
- Assist in the review of contracts with third-party vendors, including data sharing and sub-processor agreements.




- Conduct training sessions and awareness programs on data privacy and ethical AI practices.
- Support incident management related to data privacy breaches or concerns.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal audits and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in data privacy, data governance, or compliance roles.
- Basic knowledge of AI concepts and ethical AI practices.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, DPDPA, or similar.
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret legal and technical documents related to data privacy and AI.
- Certification in Data Privacy (e.g., CIPP, CIPM) or relevant certifications in AI is a plus.
