About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Certified QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our growing U.S.-based business.

The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with exceptional analytical skills, a strong understanding of U.S. accounting practices, and a proven ability to maintain accurate financial records with minimal supervision.

This role requires a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor who is committed to accuracy, accountability, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Record, categorize, and reconcile all financial transactions
- Perform monthly bank, credit card, PayPal, and merchant account reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Process vendor invoices, customer payments, and journal entries
- Review financial transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized financial documentation and supporting records
- Collaborate with management and external accountants to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and internal controls

Required Qualifications

- QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor (Required)




- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks Online
- Strong understanding of U.S. bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Experience reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, PayPal, and merchant accounts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting U.S.-based eCommerce businesses
- Familiarity with Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and PayPal
- Experience handling high-volume transaction environments
- Knowledge of sales tax and inventory accounting is a plus
