Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Consultant with robust hands on experience in Workday Financials implementation configuration support and enhancements
- The candidate should be able to work closely with business stakeholders understand finance processes and deliver effective Workday solutions
- Experience 7 10 Years
- Location Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure support and enhance Workday Financials modules as per business requirements
- Work on areas such as Core Financials General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Banking Settlement Procurement Expenses and Financial Reporting
- Gather requirements from business users and translate them into Workday solutions
- Support end to end implementation testing deployment and post go live activities
- Create and maintain business process configurations security roles calculated fields reports and integrations related to finance modules
- Troubleshoot issues perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolutions




- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Finance HR Integration Reporting and Technical teams
- Prepare functional design documents test scripts user guides and process documentation
- Support audits compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives

Technical Requirements:

- 7 10 years of overall experience with strong expertise in Workday Finance Financials
- Hands on experience in Workday configuration and business process setup
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Experience in Workday reporting calculated fields security and integrations will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of implementation support lifecycle including requirement gathering testing and deployment
- Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder expectations
