- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Program Management.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and translate them into actionable plans and deliverables.
- Skilled in risk management and problem-solving to address challenges during project execution.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and foster collaboration.
