Job Title: Accountant Executive

Experience: 1-3 yrs

Location: Ravivar Peth, Pune

Salary (CTC): INR 15,000 to 25,000

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes, taxation, and financial reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and bookkeeping
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness




- Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost control measures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting (B. Com/M. Com)
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred:

- Experience in manufacturing or service industry
- Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, etc.
