Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead – Student Counseling & Enrollment to lead and mentor a team of 8–10 enrollment advisors while driving student enrollments. This role combines leadership with hands-on counseling, requiring strong communication, team management, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of enrollment advisors to achieve individual and team targets.
- Counsel prospective students via phone and virtual meetings, helping them choose the right academic programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve enrollment performance.
- Track team KPIs, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student enrollment experience.
- Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership role, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
- Proven experience in student counseling, admissions, or sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
