- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial, industrial, residential, and government sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, tenders, and market research.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams for feasibility studies and technical support.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability.
- Develop relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, government agencies, developers, and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to renewable energy.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars,



and business networking events.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
- Support project handover to the execution team and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Electrical
- MBA

Experience:

- 7–10 years of business development preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
