Position: Accountant

Job Summary

I & V Bio Company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the company's financial records and ensure accurate accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally ERP/TallyPrime.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, receipt, and payment vouchers.
- Record bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare GST invoices and assist with GST return filing.
- Maintain ledgers, cash books, and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll and maintain employee salary records.
- Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.




- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (or as required).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
- Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in inventory accounting.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and taxation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
