Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is looking for an experienced and proactive Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee day-to-day construction activities at residential and commercial project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, timely completion of work, adherence to safety standards, and effective coordination with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Experience

4 – 6 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure project execution meets quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site labour.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for accurate site execution.
- Monitor material usage, site progress, and resource allocation.
- Conduct quality checks for RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and other civil works.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site records, and material consumption reports.
- Verify measurements, maintain BOQs, and support billing and material requisitions.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues promptly.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
