About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and socially driven intern to support our CSR Consulting team in research, monitoring & evaluation, impact assessments, and project implementation. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate CSR projects across multiple thematic areas while working with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting end-to-end CSR projects.
- Support research activities, including secondary research, and data collection.
- Assist in conducting baseline, midline, endline, need assessment, and impact assessment studies.
- Participate in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E;) activities and help track project progress against defined indicators.
- Support qualitative and quantitative data collection through surveys, interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and field visits.
- Assist in data cleaning, analysis, visualization, and interpretation using Excel or other analytical tools.
- Contribute to the preparation of impact assessment reports, presentations, dashboards, case studies, and other client deliverables.
- Support documentation of project activities, best practices, success stories, and lessons learned.
- Coordinate with NGOs, implementation partners, community stakeholders, and internal teams for project-related activities.
- Conduct field visits, where required, to monitor project implementation and collect primary data.
- Research CSR trends, government schemes, sustainability frameworks, and social development practices.
- Perform other project, research, and documentation tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility

- Recent graduates completing MSW, MA (Social Work, Sociology,



Rural Development, Public Policy, Development Studies), MBA (CSR/Sustainability), or related disciplines.
- Strong interest in the social sector, CSR, research, and impact assessment.
- Good analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Willingness to travel for field visits, if required.
- Candidates must have their own laptop and a reliable internet connection.

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 10,000 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
