Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Lead sales conversions and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor the sales and technical team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, engineers, developers, and individual home builders.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits,



and product presentations to drive business growth.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close high-value deals.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, and provide regular forecasts and reports.
- Represent the company professionally and strengthen its market presence.

Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of total sales experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
- Industry Background: Construction, Building Materials, Real Estate, or related sectors.
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more members.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Education

- Any Graduate.
- MBA/BBA in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Requirements

- Own vehicle is mandatory.
- Valid bike/car driving licence is required for site visits and client meetings.
- Laptop preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
