Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno-Functional CRM Consultant to serve as the solution owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE). This role bridges presales, functional consulting, and technical delivery, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, cost-effective, and high-quality CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM functional modules, technical implementation, Power Platform, presales support, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Solutioning

- Lead client discussions, requirement gathering, and discovery workshops
- Analyze customer business needs and recommend appropriate CRM solutions
- Prepare solution architecture, implementation strategies, and effort estimations
- Develop technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), RFP/RFI responses
- Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and client presentations
- Ensure presales commitments align with delivery capabilities

Functional Responsibilities:

- Understand and map business processes across:

- Configure and customize:

Forms

Views

Dashboards

Workflows

Business Process Flows (BPFs)

- Create:

Functional Design Documents (FDD)

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define scalable CRM roadmaps

Technical Implementation & Delivery





- Participate in full lifecycle CRM implementation projects
- Perform hands-on D365 CRM configuration and customization
- Design and implement:

Power Automate workflows

Power Apps components

Security roles and access models

- Support:

Data migration activities

System integrations

Technical validations

- Coordinate with development teams for:

Plugins

Custom workflows

Extensions

Integration logic

Error handling

- Support:

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Go-live

Production deployments

Post-production support

Enhancements and change requests

Delivery & Governance

- Own end-to-end solution continuity from presales to production
- Ensure solutions are delivered as per committed scope, timeline, and quality
- Collaborate with global teams, offshore delivery units, and onshore stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership with minimal supervision
- Follow best practices in:

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE
- Strong expertise in:

Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consulting

Technical Implementation

Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Presales & Solutioning

Estimation & Proposal Building





- Working knowledge of:

CRM customizations

Plugins

Integrations

Data migration

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with US clients and global delivery models

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications preferred
- Power Platform certifications are an added advantage
