We are a leading LED light manufacturing company in Kerala. We are looking for an Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our R&D; team and handle end-to-end product lifecycle management for LED light products.
Key Responsibilities :

- New product Development, including document preparation (speifications and BOM)
- Product performance sustainability and continuous imrovement
- Complaint analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Vendor evaluation and development.
- Product benchmarking and technology roadmap planning.
- Product costing, BIS certification,and batch traceability.
- Compliance with mandatory produt standards, product approvals, and conducting technical training
- Skills required :
- Valuable communication skills in English & Hindi .
- knowledge of ERP software handling
- Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office
- Good Presentation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

- LED light quality checking and assembly processes.: 5 years (Preferred)
