The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Set up machines and make necessary adjustments for production requirements.
- Ensure smooth and continuous machine operation to achieve production targets.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and report any malfunctions or breakdowns.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily reports.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Ensure product quality by conducting regular quality checks.
- Minimize material wastage and improve machine efficiency.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
