The institute works in the areas of curriculum development, education research, pedagogy instruction, educator capacity building, school management and outreach for system change.

- Profile of Candidate:

We are seeking experienced educators to join the teacher training team at the Shikha Institute of Education. The Teacher Trainer will strengthen classroom practice by coaching teachers, conducting classroom observations, and providing actionable, evidence-based feedback.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in teacher development, instructional coaching, or mentorship, with a deep understanding of effective teaching practices. They should be skilled in observing classrooms, identifying areas of growth, and supporting teachers through structured coaching cycles.

- Support effective curriculum implementation
- Build robust professional relationships with teachers
- Evaluate teacher progress and outcomes
