About the Role

Chai Days Café is looking for a proactive Inventory & Procurement Executive to manage procurement and inventory operations across our café outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure timely purchasing, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with vendors, and support smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure food ingredients, packaging materials, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Coordinate with stores and production teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Track inventory movement and minimize stock shortages and wastage.
- Maintain procurement and inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
- Compare vendor quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and procurement reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, Stores, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage, Café, Hospitality, Retail, or FMCG industry is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory software.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
